Hebron Brick expands into Rochester with acquisition of Cemstone and Twin City Concrete

FARGO — A segment of North Dakota’s oldest manufacturing business is expanding.

Hebron Brick Supply is acquiring the assets of Cemstone Concrete Products and Twin City Concrete Products in Rochester, Minnesota.

The company’s eighth supply store and showroom will open in January.

The other locations are in West Fargo, Bismarck, Grand Forks, Minot, Rapid City, Sioux Falls and Fergus Falls.

The acquisition will extend the employee-owned company’s footprint into southeastern Minnesota.

“We’ll lease the property from them and retain their employees, which is very much needed for us to be in the market and they did a great job with all the sales and stuff like that. We just bring to the table what we have. A little more goodies along with what they have already been supplying.”

Hebron Brick Company was founded in 1904 in Hebron, North Dakota and manufactures and sells millions of bricks each year across the United States and Canada.
