Man pleads guilty to murder in south Fargo

FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – A man charged with murder in the shooting death of another man in Fargo last December has pleaded guilty in Cass County District Court.

Patrick Martin, Jr. was in court for a change of plea hearing on Monday, Dec. 29.

Fargo Police say 32-year-old Rahsaan Wilson died from multiple gunshot wounds on Dec. 4, 2024 near The Summers at Osgood Apartments in the 4500 block of 47th Street South in Fargo.

Martin pleaded guilty to one count of murder and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery.

The judge dismissed one count of intentional murder.

Martin will be sentenced at a later date.

The other suspect, Steven Burrell, is in custody in another state on other charges in that jurisdiction.
