Man seen pointing a gun at people in south Fargo is arrested for terrorizing

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A man seen pointing a gun at people in the 2100 block of 17th Street South in Fargo this morning is in custody.

Police were called to the area around 10:50 a.m. and established a perimeter to contain the man.

After about one hour, 62-year-old Kevin Byzewski of Fargo was taken into custody without incident.

Byzewski was arrested for terrorizing.

Officers executed a search warrant at his home after his arrest and processed the scene for evidence related to the crime.
