Grand Forks Man Arrested for Stabbing
Police say 42-year-old Fernando Lucio stabbed a woman multiple times.
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) – A Grand Forks man is in custody after an attack on a woman left her with multiple stab wounds.
The Grand Forks Police Department says they received a call for service just after 4:30 P.M. on February 14. Officers arrived at the Lagrave Place Apartments at 812 4th Ave. S. and located a female victim with stab wounds. She was taken to Altru for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities determined 42-year-old Fernando Lucio was the perpetrator of the attack and located him in a nearby apartment building. He was arrested without incident.
Lucio is facing charges of aggravated assault and terrorizing. He is being held in the Grand Forks County Jail.
