BCA says FBI will not share information or evidence related to shooting death of Alex Pretti

ST. PAUL, Minn. (KVRR-KFGO) – Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension superintendent Drew Evans says the FBI has notified his agency it will not provide access to any information or evidence related to the shooting death of Alex Pretti by federal agents.
Pretti was shot to death Jan. 24 in Minneapolis.
Evans says it’s unclear whether the FBI will cooperate with the BCA as it relates to the shootings of Renee Good and Julio Sosa-Cells. Good was shot and killed Jan. 7. Julio Sosa-Cells was shot in the leg and injured.
Evans says the BCA remains committed to thorough, independent, and transparent investigations into all three shootings.
