Fairmount, ND man accused of having sex with teen girl

RICHLAND CO., N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Fairmount, North Dakota man is accused of sexually assaulting a teenaged girl.

34-year-old Francisco Galera is charged with gross sexual imposition and possession of prohibited materials.

Court records show a 14-year-old girl contacted Richland County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday to report alleged sexual interactions with Galera.

Deputies found him at a bar in Fairmount and questioned him.

He admitted to deputies that he had sexual contact with the teen last fall.

A search warrant uncovered nude photos of the teen on Galera’s cell phone.
