High-Risk Sex Offender Registers at 1310 11th Street North in Fargo

FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Clifford Rockwell Moody, 43, registered at 1310 11th St. N. in Fargo. Moody was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. Moody is a lifetime registrant.

In 2015, Moody was convicted of luring a minor by computer in Burleigh County District Court. In 2001, Moody was convicted of Sexual Contact with a Child Under 16 in Walworth District Court in South Dakota.
