Cobbers Get At-Large Bid for Division III Women’s Basketball National Tournament; will host Wisconsin-Superior

MOORHEAD, MN (KVRR) – They had to sweat it out after losing in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championship game, but the Concordia Women’s Basketball program is heading to the Big Dance. They earned an at-large bid for the Division III women’s basketball national tournament.

The Cobbers (23-4) will be taking on Wisconsin-Superior (12-16) in the 1st round at the Memorial Auditorium in Moorhead, MN.

Concordia had a good resume heading into the tournament thanks to winning the MIAC regular season championship and having the top seed in the conference tournament.
