The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the woman lost control of her vehicle due to icy road conditions and crossed over onto the opposite side of I-94, where she was struck and killed.

MORTON COUNTY, N.D. (KVRR) – Authorities say a 21-year-old woman from Ohio is dead after losing control of her vehicle on icy roads, leading to a T-bone crash with a pickup truck.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the incident occurred just after 6:30 A.M. on March 14. The woman was traveling eastbound on I-94 near mile post 139 when she lost control, entered the median, and then the westbound lanes.
Her car, a Subaru Legacy, was then struck in a T-bone fashion by a Ram 3500 being driven by a 34-year-old man from Florida. Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts. The woman died at the scene, while the man was taken to a hospital in Bismarck with non-life-threatening injuries.
