Deer Creek, MN teen accused of having sex with a 12-year-old girl

OTTER TAIL CO., Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Deer Creek, Minnesota man is accused of having sex with a 12-year-old girl.

18-year-old Joshua Larson was arrested on Friday for having a sexual relationship with a minor from August 2025 until January of this year.

Larson is charged criminal sexual conduct, soliciting a child and engaging in electronic communication relating to sexual conduct with a child.

Otter Tail County prosecutors say the victim’s parents reported the crimes after she disclosed that she had sexual contact with Larson four times.

Larson confirmed he had a relationship with the victim and that it ended because she was “way too young.”
