Gas prices continue to rise, national average jumps to $3.92

FARGO (KVRR-Prairie Public) – The average price of a gallon of gas rose more than 25 cents in North Dakota last week.

Gas Buddy-dot-com’s survey of 493 gas stations puts the average at $3.39. That’s 84 cents higher than a month ago, and 41 cents higher than a year ago.

The national average price jumped 24 cents per gallon, and is now $3.92.

The national average diesel price is $5.22 per gallon. Gas Buddy says that’s the highest price since 2022.
