FARGO (KVRR) – Fargo Police hold a news conference to discuss new developments in the case of Angela Lipps, the Tennessee woman who was wrongfully arrested in a Fargo bank fraud investigation.

Lipps was jailed for nearly six months after an AI program identified her as a suspect.
