Fargo woman continues to lead the search for missing murder victim Isadora Wengel

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Fargo woman has organized several searches for missing murder victim Isadora Wengel is planning another search for her remains.

Maleah Jimenez didn’t know Idadora and only knew what was being published about her disappearance.

She has no family relations or had any knowledge of what is required to search for a missing person.

But she said that after seeing many online comments asking to help search for Wengel, she jumped at the chance to get involved.

During the searches, people have used drones, maps, and retired cadaver dogs.

“I told my husband, I said, how special would it be if every missing person had one person who wasn’t missing who cared? You know, that did this work. If it was just a one-to-one ratio, how many people could we bring home? And I guess it’s okay that I am doing the work for the one,” said Maleah Jimenez, Organizer.

Jimenez says they will continue to search until Wengel is found.
