Foolers’ Ball Returns for Fourth Installment

The annual celebration of weird beer continues to grow in popularity.

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Fans of weird beer once again found their fancies tickled at Brewhalla on Saturday.

It was the fourth annual Foolers’ Ball, a celebration of limited-edition and flat-out strange brews from across North America.

Over 50 breweries showed up to show off their odd creations.

Event organizers say the weirdness of some of these flavors is difficult to even describe.

“Some other breweries have invented some really wild and awesome things. You’re gonna find of dessert beers. A lot of really crazy peanut butter stouts and things like that,” explained Alex Deane of Drekker Brewing.

There were other facets to the event besides the beer, such as flash tattoos from Amarok Tattoo and screen-printed t-shirts.
