FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The Red River Valley Speedway is receiving a new moniker after selling its naming rights to a local giant in the car repair industry.

The race track located on the Red River Valley Fairgrounds will now be known as the Fix-It-Forward Speedway, after the organization recently purchased the naming right to the racetrack.

By stepping in as naming rights partner, Fix It Forward is helping to secure the future of weekly racing at the Fairgrounds while also bringing a powerful, purpose-driven mission to the forefront.

Fix-It-Forward’s agreement is set to last three years, but Fix-It-Forward says they hope they will be able to keep the name going for much longer.

“Our ability to do this and do marketing with a local business and support the racing, while we’re getting our name out there is just a win-win for both sides,” said Matthew Carlson, Fix it Forward Auto-Care Owner.

Fix-It-Forward has several locations in the metro and serves around 1,800 customers each month.
