Choice Financial Hosts “Go Hawaiian for Hospice”

Choice Financial invited its customers and community members to pull out their Hawaiian shirts.

It was the bank’s 3rd annual “Go Hawaiian for Hospice” event.

People showed up to feast on some Hawaiian food favorites, including a pig roast, fresh pineapple and baked potatoes.

All the money raised will go to Hospice of the Red River Valley.

“Just really getting the awareness out about hospice, and the wonderful care they provide to something that’s usually not always the most positive subject to talk about,” said Event Coordinator Kristina Holtgard.

Choice Financial hopes to raise 50,000.

For every ‘like’ on Facebook, Choice Financial will donate a dollar to Hospice of the Red River Valley.
