Former West Fargo Packer and future NDSU Bison Brandon Metz defeated Thomas Helton (Illinois) Tuesday to win the Greco Roman Junior/Cadet national wrestling championship.

Metz pinned Helton in only 29 seconds. Metz will join KVRR Sports Extra to discuss his career, and future, Friday at 9:35
