Pisek Man To Undergo Mental Evaluation After Shooting At House With People Inside

WALSH CO., N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A psychological evaluation is ordered for a 75-year-old Pisek, North Dakota man charged with three counts of reckless endangerment.
Walsh County Sheriff’s Office says George Tibert fired multiple rounds at a rural Lankin home with a woman and two kids inside around 7:30 Saturday night.
One person was within a foot of a bullet that went through the living room window.
Glass from the window hit another person’s face.
Sheriff Ron Jurgens says additional charges are possible.
No bond was set during an initial court appearance Monday pending the completion of the evaluation.
A possible motive has not been released.
