Moorhead Man Arrested After Fleeing at 130 MPH and Crashing Near Valley City

BARNES CO., N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Moorhead man is caught going 110 miles per hour on I-94 near Valley City before hitting speeds of 130 miles per hour when a trooper tried to stop him.
Authorities say about two miles after the pursuit started just before noon, 36-year-old Dylan Miller intentionally crashed into a guardrail and concrete barricade, causing him to lose control.
He got out and started walking down the interstate before complying with the trooper’s commands.
Miller was taken into custody for fleeing in a motor vehicle and driving under the influence of drugs.
He was taken to CHI Mercy for minor injuries.
