MN High School BBB: Pelican Rapids Clinches Birth to Class 2A State Tournament

PELICAN RAPIDS DEFEATS PARK RAPIDS AREA TO WIN SECTION 8AA.

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR)–The Pelican Rapids Vikings are heading to the Class 2A State Tournament after defeating Park Rapids Area 82-49 Friday night.

In Section 8A, Fertile-Beltrami is off to the Class A State Tournament after defeating Red Lake 92-67.

In Section 6A, West Central Area School is off to the Class A State Tournament after a 60-56 win over Ada-Borup-West.

The Class 2A State Tournament will begin March 20 at Williams Arena in Minneapolis.

The Class A State Tournament will begin March 21 at Williams Arena in Minneapolis.
