RedHawks get walk-off win for Opening Day

FARGO (KVRR) – The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks kickstarted their 2024 season with a walk-off win over the Lincoln Saltdogs on Opening Day at Newman Outdoor Field. The RedHawks won 4-3 thanks to Sam Dexter’s RBI-double in the bottom of the 9th.

Evan Alexander started his 2024 campaign with a lead-off home-run in the bottom of the 1st inning. EA ended his night with two hits and two RBIs.

The RedHawks now prepare for Game 2 against the Saltdogs, which is set for Saturday at 6:00 P.M. at Newman Outdoor Field.
