Perham Baseball Wins Section 8AA for Second Straight Season

THE YELLOWJACKETS ARE HEADING BACK TO THE STATE TOURNAMENT.

PERHAM, Minn. (KVRR)--The Perham Yellowjackets are a dominant force in Minnesota high school baseball. Perham entered Wednesdays Section 8AA title game with a 21-2 record. They defeated East Grand Forks 9-1 to advance to their second straight State Tournament.

Head Coach James Mulcahy said after the game that he is glad his squad can look to improve upon last season’s second place finish.

Seeding for the Class AA State Tournament will take place Saturday.
