Fargo man accused of sending, receiving child pornography

FARGO (KVRR-KFGO) – A 38-year-old Fargo man has been charged with child pornography crimes.

Court records show that in May and early June, in conversations with 13 different children and adults on social media, Travis Fetzer sent and received dozens of pictures and videos of boys and girls between 6- and 17-years-old.

The kids were in various stages of nudity and being sexually assaulted by other children or adults. There were also sexually explicit pictures and videos of children by themselves.

In several of the conversations, Fetzer sent pictures and videos he’d taken of female co-workers who didn’t know he was recording them. At least one picture was of one of the women with another woman and six kids.

In some of the conversations, Fetzer requested specific content of children being sexually abused by other children or adults.

The case was investigated by Fargo Police.

Fetzer is in the Cass County jail.
