Fargo Man Accused of Raping Boy He Met On Social Media App Numerous Times

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Fargo man is charged with seven felonies and one misdemeanor for allegedly raping a 12-year-old boy at his home on multiple occasions.

Court records show 31-year-old Dominic Lilly met the boy on Sniffies, a social media app, and had the boy to his home between 10 and 15 times.

The boy accused Lilly of giving him alcohol and marijuana to the point of going unconscious.

He says the two had multiple sexual encounters that the boy described as traumatic.

The boy also had a text conversation with Lilly after the abuse in which Lilly tells the boy to stop leading on older men and to get help.

He is charged with five counts of gross sexual imposition, transfer of body fluids and luring a minor by computer.

Lilly is being held in the Cass County Jail.
