SWAT used to make arrest of wanted man in Perham

PERHAM, Minn. (KVRR) — SWAT was used to make an arrest in Perham this afternoon.

Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says 48-year-old Cleveland Mingo of Louisiana was wanted for several outstanding warrants.

Authorities used a search warrant to make the arrest at an apartment on 911 Jenny Avenue around 1:00p.m.

The SWAT team had help from the Perham Police Department and the Minnesota BCA.
