Middle River Man Accused of Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor

MIDDLE RIVER, Minn. (KVRR) — A Middle River, Minnesota man is accused of touching a child inappropriately multiple times.

50-year-old Calvin Rybakowski is charged with criminal sexual conduct.

Court records reveal the 8-year-old victim told authorities that Rybakowski had touched her numerous times since she was six.

While being interviewed, Rybakowski didn’t recall what happened and claimed he was high from smoking marijuana.

Bail was set at$25,000 cash with conditions.

He was denied a public defender due to not being financially eligible.

His next court date is set for next Wednesday.
