Fans celebrating Homecoming at Bison tailgate
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Before NDSU’s homecoming game against the Towson Tigers, Bison fans took the chance to reconnect outside the Fargodome.
Fans took to the parking lot outside the Fargodome Saturday to grab some food and drinks, play some games, and get ready for the game.
It was also a great chance during homecoming to connect with alumni back in town for the weekend.
Randy Rust and his brother Dale Rust have been tailgating for years, and for them the tailgate outside is just as important as the action on the field.
“A lot of people we haven’t seen in years come back.”
“Homecoming is basically exactly what it is. It’s Homecoming and being part of the bison community and seeing all of our bison family members. It’s a great place to be.”
“And don’t forget the candied bacon.”
