Highway Patrol releases name of woman killed in Burleigh County crash

STERLING, N.D. (KVRR-KFGO) – The Highway Patrol has released the name of the woman killed in a crash on I-94 near Sterling in Burleigh County Sunday night.

Kaylene Dunn, 41, was driving a van east when she lost control. The van crossed into the westbound lanes and struck the middle of a semi-trailer. The van was then run over by the rear trailer tires.

Dunn died at the scene.

The truck driver, 73-year-old Vernon Bossen of Mora, Minnesota, was not hurt.
