Former Fergus Falls Real Estate CEO Sentenced For Theft

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. – The former CEO of two real estate organizations in Fergus Falls has been sentenced to probation in a plea deal.

70-year-old Katherine Junge was accused of using the group’s credit cards to make $144,000 in personal purchases over several years.

Police began to investigate Junge in March 2022 after her retirement.

She agreed to plead guilty to one theft charge while three other charges were dismissed.

Judge will be on probation for five years and is ordered to pay back $94,000.

Junge led Lakes Region Association of Realtors and Lakes Region Multiple Listing Service for 25 years.
