Former Cass County Deputy Charged With Child Porn Possession

FARGO (KVRR/KFGO) – Former Cass County Sheriff’s Deputy Carson Quam is charged with ten counts of possession of child porn.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Court records show investigators from North Dakota BCI found 10 photos of child porn on Quam’s phone.

The sheriff was notified of the investigation in September and Quam resigned in November.

A Grand Forks County State’s Attorney has been appointed as a special prosecutor in the case.
