Sex Assault Charges Re-Filed Against Dakota Prairie School District Teacher, Coach and Counselor
LAKOTA, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO)– Sex assault charges are re-filed against a teacher, coach and counselor in Dakota Prairie School District in Petersburg, North Dakota.
Brandon Parsley is charged with sexual assault of a minor, luring minors online and misdemeanor solicitation of a minor over 15.
Parsley had first been charged in February 2024, but charges were dropped last June because one charge was improperly filed.
North Dakota BCI alleges Parsley sexually assaulted two girls while he was counselor at Dakota Prairie and had sexual conversations with the girls on Facebook.
