Van Eps’ OT game-winner for state title punches ticket for finals of the Chris Heise Play of the Year

ST. PAUL (KVRR) – We have our second play in the finals for the Chris Heise Play of the Year. East Grand Forks’ Jace Van Eps scored an overtime game-winner for the Green Wave to win the Minnesota Class A boys hockey championship.

The play joins Brooks Bakko’s buzzer-beater to win the North Dakota Class A boys basketball championship in the finals for the Chris Heise Play of the Year.
