KVRR DOC Holiday Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility
The KVRR DOC Holiday Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of North Dakota and Minnesota who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of KVRR-TV, Coastal Television, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate or win.

2. How to Enter
To enter, visit KVRR.com between November 10, 2025 and November 21, 2025, and complete the online entry form for the DOC Holiday Giveaway. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified at the discretion of KVRR.

3. Prize Description
One (1) prize package will be awarded each day for five consecutive days:
• (1) UltraHuman Smart Ring Sizing Kit (used to order a limited-edition DOC UltraHuman Ring AIR)
• (1) HidrateSpark PRO 2 Smart Water Bottle
• (1) 5-Minute Daily Gratitude Journal
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $538 per prize package.
Total ARV for all prizes: $2,690.

4. Prize Drawing and Notification
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM CST on the preceding day. Drawings will be held on November 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, 2025.
Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours of selection. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

5. Prize Pickup
All prizes must be picked up in person at the KVRR-TV studios, 4015 9th Ave S, Fargo, ND 58103, during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
Winners must present a valid government-issued photo ID to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within 30 days of notification will be forfeited. Prizes will not be mailed or delivered.

6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
• Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of KVRR, which are final and binding.
• Allow KVRR to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Release KVRR, Coastal Television, and all affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of any prize.

7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing date.

8. Disqualification
KVRR reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, submitting false information, or acting in violation of these rules or applicable laws.

9. Compliance
This contest is conducted in accordance with North Dakota Century Code § 53-06.1 (Games of Chance) and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.

10. Sponsor
The contest is sponsored by KVRR FOX Fargo–Moorhead, a Coastal Television station.
