Pop’s Soda Shack Officially Opens for Business in Fargo

The business got its start in April of 2024 and has already added a second location.

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – There’s a new business officially open in Fargo – in one of the newest buildings in town.

Pop’s Soda Shack on University Drive opened its doors for the first time at 10 A.M. on Saturday, November 22.

The business started in Dickinson before expanding to this second location in Fargo.

The owners of Pop’s say that they’re extremely excited about their placement in a brand-new building near other recognizable businesses.

“It is awesome,” said Taylor Jones, who co-0wns the business alongside her mother, Lori Ludwig. “University is such a busy street, so it’s great to be here. Duane’s House of Pizza is awesome, they’re really well known in this community so it’s nice to be close to them. It’s a great place – the owners of this building are wonderful. It’s been a good experience.”

The eatery offers their signature dirty sodas alongside other drinks and a few small bites – and has the option for drive-thru ordering or a sit-down experience.
