FM Well Fest Spreads Message of Healing, Inspiration
The event is organized by the FM Wellness Collective.

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Even with the freezing temperatures, a surprising number of people were willing to brave that cold and celebrate wellness with a full slate of programming and a room full of vendors and practitioners.
Those were found at FM Well Fest, which took place at Brewhalla from 3 to 8 P.M. on January 22.
The booths featured everything from products like soaps, essential oils, and tinctures to medical education from Sanford and Essentia and even chair massages.
There was also a series of talks and guided meditations for those looking for structured activities.
Organizers said they intentionally timed the event to try and rejuvenate as many people as possible.
“January 22 is kind of the time when the New Year’s Resolutions start to wane,” explained Melissa Pachak. “We start the New Year with a lot of motivation, and then we start to slow down – it’s obviously freezing cold outside – so this is just a way to kind of invigorate that, a little bit, and if you’re on a wellness journey, we’re here to support it.”
Well Fest was put on by the FM Wellness Collective, which also hosts monthly networking events for people looking to begin a wellness journey.
