Newly opened JD’s Barbeque brings summer flavors during freezing temps

FARGO — Fargo has a new place for lovers of all things BBQ.
JD’s Barbeque officially opened its doors on Friday after having a soft opening on Thursday.
The restaurant specializing in barbeque ribs and brisket is located in the part of the Tailgaters Building that once housed Jay’s Smokin’ BBQ and Mom’s Kitchen on Main Avenue in Fargo.
Owner Dave Geske says that while the name is different many of the same great taste and staff have come back to bring their food to the community with a new catering service.
Last night, we made a lot of ribs for our soft opening and we ran out and everybody loved the ribs and obviously the brisket is a huge seller too.
Geske also owns Tailgators Sports Cafe.
