FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A former Fargo man, who now lives in St. Paul, is putting together a benefit performance after he was inspired by Bad Bunny’s halftime performance.

Darxko, is putting together the event at Parachigo in Fargo that will focus on showcasing people of Hispanic and Latino backgrounds.

The event titled “No me voy de aqui,” or “I’m not leaving here,” emphasizes how he was born and raised in the United States, and no one will force him out.

All proceeds from the event will go to the nonprofit PRxPR, an independently owned non-profit focused on providing humanitarian relief to Puerto Rico.

“Music right now is a big part of what we need, with what’s going on in the world. And I felt like music is one of those things that I feel people should still be able to enjoy,” said Jensell, Musician.

The concert will be on March 14th with tickets available at the door.
