Perham, MN man sentenced to jail for possessing child porn

OTTER TAIL CO., Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Perham, Minnesota man is sentenced to four months in jail for possessing child porn.

42-year-old Zachary Nash pleaded guilty to two counts in December.

Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office received multiple tips from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force on December 15, 2022 that said Nash’s computer contained multiple files of child porn.

During the execution of a search warrant a few months later, investigators found 17 files of child porn on various devices.
