High-Risk Sex Offender Registers at 1310 11th Street North in Fargo

FARGO —  The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that registered sex offender Damon John Smith has registered at 1310 11th St. N. in Fargo.

Smith was assessed as a High Risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee after being convicted in Stark County District Court in 2023 for possession of material – sexual conduct by a minor. He is a lifetime registrant.

Smith is described as being 38 years old, 5’6”, 206 lbs., with blue eyes, and red hair.
