Watch: Moorhead activists push for release of ill Minnesota woman in ICE custody

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) – Activists hold a news conference in Moorhead to support Andrea Pedro-Francisco, who was detained by federal immigration agents in Minnesota on Feb. 5, days before a scheduled surgery and biopsy on an ovarian cyst.

Pedro-Francisco is being held in El Paso, Texas.
