Man charged with threatening to kill teen girl over marijuana vape pen

FARGO (KVRR/KFGO) — An 18-year-old Fargo man is charged with terrorizing for allegedly threatening to kill a teen girl he knew.

A Fargo Police report says officers were called to an apartment around 9 p.m. Sunday for a disturbance. Gabriel Dalieh told officers he was arguing with the girl about a marijuana vape pen, and broke her iPad when she refused to give it back to him. The girl told police Dalieh was holding a handgun and threatened to hit her with it.

Witnesses told officers they heard the two arguing, and heard Dalieh threaten to kill the girl. They also saw Dalieh chasing the girl through the apartment halls while holding a gun.

Dalieh has been charged with terrorizing a child victim. He is in the Cass County Jail.
