Fargo man dies in fatal semi crash near Argusville

Argusville, N.D. (KVRR) — A 71-year-old Fargo man is dead after being hit by a semi overnight on I-29.

The creah happened at mile marker 79, a mile north of Argusville.

Just before 4 A.M. Friday morning, a 2025 Freightliner traveling south on I-29 hit the man, who had entered the roadway.

The man died on the scene, the driver of the semi, a 45-year-old man from St. Cloud, was uninjured.

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota State Patrol.
