Dates set for Jade Presents bankruptcy hearings

FARGO (KQDS-TV) – A series of hearing dates has been set in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the case of Fargo-based Jade Presents.
Jade Presents abruptly closed in late May. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, just days after announcing that the business closed.
Chapter 11 allows companies to restructure their debts and pay back creditors over time.
There will be a telephone “meeting of creditors” on July 16, 2026.
August 17 is the deadline for submitting a signed statement describing a creditor’s claim.
The deadline to file an “Exception to Discharge” is September 14. That is when someone must file to have a specific debt kept after bankruptcy.
