Fargo Businessman; Father of ND Lt. Gov Wrigley Dies

A former Fargo businessman and father of North Dakota’s lieutenant governor has died.

79-year-old Howard Wrigley died of a heart attack at a fishing lodge in northern Saskatchewan.

Wrigley was also battling lung cancer.

Wrigley was the CEO of Wrigley Mechanical, an industrial contractor business he started in 1978 in Fargo.

He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from UND in 1961.

He was also a former chairman of the North Dakota Racing Commission.
