FARGO (KVRR) – Firefighters were called to a fire at a homeless encampment near downtown Fargo Friday morning. The fire was reported at 8:21 a.m. near the Red River in the 500-block of Oak Street. Nancy Otto, former Moorhead City Council member, dies at 73

FARGO (KVRR) – Former longtime Moorhead City Council member Nancy Otto has died. Otto died Wednesday at Sanford on Broadway in Fargo. She was 73.
