GRAND FORKS, N.D. — Police in Grand Forks are investigating the death of a man found in a parking lot near Bringwatt Park. Officers on routine patrol in the area discovered the body of 75-year-old Sidney Bina about 1 a.m. Police say it appears Bina’s injury was self-inflicted and there is no indication of foul play.
