FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Fargo’s newest apartment complex held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to show off the transformation of the property. BLOC, at 1621 University Drive South, is in the spot of the former strip mall that used to house the Duane’s House of Pizza location.
