FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – The James Carlson branch of the Fargo Public Library secured an appearance from a smaller celebrity this weekend. Comet the mini horse entertained families for about an hour on Saturday morning. He was part of a day full of activities, where kids could read to Comet, pet him, feed him treats, and also create horse-themed crafts….
