FARGO, N.D. — At 3:15 p.m. on Friday, November 6 Fargo Police Officers were dispatched to an unresponsive male in Island Park. Officers say they found a dead male upon arrival. Police say it appears Sidney Bina's injury was self-inflicted and there is no indication of foul play

GRAND FORKS, N.D. — Police in Grand Forks are investigating the death of a man found in a parking lot near Bringwatt Park. Officers on routine patrol in the area discovered the body of 75-year-old Sidney Bina about 1 a.m. Police say it appears Bina’s injury was self-inflicted and there is no indication of foul play. The death remains under investigation….
