UPDATE: Authorities have arrested 21-year-old Derrick Lobbo, of Horace. He is charged with Reckless Endangerment, Child Neglect, Warrant for Driving Under Suspension and Warrant for Possession of Marijuana. The victim died from a gunshot wound.
